Before you choose your stay

Is the entire villa and pool private?

Yes. All three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living spaces, the garden and the pool are reserved for your stay. Pool hours are 6am–9pm, except during scheduled cleaning and treatment.

How many bedrooms and guests does the villa accommodate?

Syndeo Garden has three air-conditioned bedrooms: two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, accommodating six adults. An additional sofa bed can be arranged at USD 5 per night. Share your group details so the host can confirm the sleeping arrangements.

How close is the villa to the beach?

The beach is approximately 450 metres from Syndeo Garden. The villa is set inland in a private tropical garden; your host can explain the route to the coast.

Where is the villa in relation to Galle and the south coast?

The property is in Hikkaduwa, in Galle District, Sri Lanka. Galle can be explored on a day out. Unawatuna, Ahangama and Weligama lie farther along the south coast; ask the host to help plan transport for a wider coastal itinerary.

Is the villa suitable for families with children?

A cot, high chair, toys, play mats, beach toys and board games are available. The three-bedroom layout gives families room to settle in. Children must be supervised around the pool, and children under 12 must not be left unattended.

Can couples or honeymooners stay at the villa?

Yes. Couples can enjoy the privacy of the entire villa, garden and pool. The property has three bedrooms; it is also welcoming for two guests who prefer the space of a private home.

Can I work remotely or book a longer stay?

Yes. High-speed fibre internet, air-conditioned living, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine support longer stays and remote work. Confirm the data plan, electricity allowance and housekeeping arrangements in your quote.

Does the villa have an espresso machine and a kitchen?

Yes. The modern kitchen includes an espresso coffee machine, making it easy to prepare your own breakfast, coffee and family meals.

Can I arrange massage, yoga or meditation?

In-house massage beds and yoga mats are available. Private massage, Ayurvedic treatments and guided meditation can be arranged with the host, subject to availability and applicable fees.

Do you welcome guests visiting from Europe and Russia?

Yes. Guests travelling from Europe, Russia and elsewhere are welcome. Share your arrival plans, group details and any longer-stay requirements with Udara so arrangements can be agreed before you travel.

Can you arrange an airport transfer?

Yes. A private car or van can be arranged for an additional fee. Send your flight details and agree the pickup arrangements with your host.

How do I book and confirm the price?

Send your dates and guest count through WhatsApp or email. Udara will confirm availability, a personalised quote, inclusions and the payment, deposit and cancellation terms. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.
